Minimum price is quoted for up to 10 painters but we can accommodate up to 60 painters at a time!
Kids paint parties are recommended for 6 years and up although we have had younger children participate with the help of an adult. We also encourage adults to participate at kids parties and love to do family parties, mother-daughter parties and more!
We provide all the supplies including paint, canvas/tote/apron/birdhouse, brushes, water cup, palette, and aprons. With kids 12 and under we do not use easels as it is easier for them to paint flat on the table. We also provide tracers, chalk and other tools if necessary.
You provide the space and the tables and chairs. It is also up to you to protect tables and floors if necessary.
We can do kids paint parties in your home, community centre, school or any space you have access to. We can even do them outside or in the garage, weather permitting!
You need about 2.5 feet of table top space per painter. 10 painters will fit comfortable around 2 6-foot folding tables set up end to end.
Painters are bound to get paint on their hands and while we do provide aprons we do still ask that you dress with painting in mind. The paint does clean up with soap and water but we can guarantee that it won’t stain. Floors are not usually a big concern unless you will be on carpet but disposable table cloths are recommended to make clean up easier!
We do paint parties Monday to Sunday! Weekend parties are restricted to the day time and we try to book 10:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to allow for multiple bookings.
Kids paint parties usually take about 1 hour although older children may take a bit more time so we always allow an additional half an hour to finish up.
We like to know the maximum number of people you are inviting at time of booking but only need the final head count the day before the party!
Pricing starts at $250 + gst for up to 10 painters and is $25 + gst per painter over 10.
We try to include travel in the paint party fee as much as possible. We do this by having a higher minimum number of painters the farther away you are from our home studio which is in Otterburne, MB. On occasion we may have a small travel fee if necessary. Please contact us for a quote.
We require a non-refundable deposit of $125 + gst at time of booking to secure your date. You will also receive a contract with all the details to sign off on.
Your deposit is non-refundable to secure your date but you have up until 2 weeks before the party to reschedule the date and have your deposit transferred or cancel the party and make no further payments.
We send our invoices using Squareup.com which has secure online credit card payment options. We also accept e-transfers and cash.
